You may film freely. However, the use of professional video cameras, professional filming equipment, telephoto lenses, recording equipment, action cameras, etc. is prohibited. If such activities are discovered, the equipment will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the venue. Please be advised that depending on the performance, you may be turned over to the authorities. The organizers of this event will be covering and filming the event. If you attend this event, the videos and photos taken may be used in various media, online media such as social networking sites, and products. Please note that we will not exercise your right of portrait or privacy, and we will not ask for any compensation.)

The minimum age for access to Kosoku Fest is 18 years old. And alcohol drinks are only allowed for people from 20 years old.

Yes, once you purchase your ticket, you will be asked to associate a name with it.

We do not require any dress code to enter the event but we encourage you to come according to the look & feel of the event (futuristic, space mood…).

Doors will open at  13h* on both days of the event. You can enter at any time you want, but we recommend attending in advance so you don’t miss any of the shows.

Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate any refunds, cancellations, or changes to your ticket purchase once the transaction has been completed. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but our policy dictates that all ticket sales are final. This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all our patrons.

Cash, debit and credit cards are allowed to pay in the venue for the services there.
The transfer or resale of tickets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited as per the guidelines outlined in Article 13 (Prohibition of Resale) of the Live Entertainment Agreement established by the ALL JAPAN CONCERT & LIVE ENTERTAINMENT PROMOTERS CONFERENCE (ACPC). Please be aware that tickets obtained through private sales, auction websites, unauthorized ticket resale platforms, and similar means are not guaranteed to be valid. If it is determined at the venue that tickets have been transferred or resold, entry will be denied, and it is essential to note that legal action may be pursued in such instances. Any issues arising from the transfer or resale of tickets on the day of the event must be addressed and resolved directly between the parties involved. Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these regulations are greatly appreciated.

We are unable to provide assurance of entry to customers who acquire tickets through sources not recognized as official sales channels, including but not limited to Viagogo, Ticket Distribution Center, StubHub, ticketjam, and various private sales channels.

Wristbands will not be replaced in the event of damage or loss under any circumstances. You must wear your wristband at all times to gain access to the venue. Please handle your wristband with care and keep it on until the conclusion of the festival. Unauthorized entry into the venue will result in ejection, regardless of the circumstances. In such instances, the appropriate authorities will be informed, and legal measures will be taken against the violators.

Kindly be aware that neither the event organizer, the venue, nor the artists can be held accountable for any accidents, incidents, injuries, or other issues arising from activities such as diving, moshing, etcetera. The organizer will not participate in discussions or other resolution procedures related to such matters.

During the event there will be security personnel as well as medical personnel in case anyone needs assistance. In case you need medical attention, please contact our staff during the festival.
Kindly verify whether it has been submitted to the information booth at the venue. Details fopost-event inquiries will be posted on the official KOSOKU FEST website at a later time.
Refunds will not be issued in the event of artist lineup changes. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
